After Finalisation of city and state, Multiple location in the city are chosen with high footfall & greater accesibility, then simulation on each location is run which generates huge amount of data and then this data is compiled and analysed, thereby eliminating each unfavourable location one by one, preparing a shortlist of locations.
Shortlisting of favorable locations gives us a pretty good idea of sandbox we will have to work with and now its matter of selecting the right sandbox, For this each location is physically visited and huge array of physical world data is collected along with data of surrounding environment and other affecting factors. In depth S.W.O.T. analysis is done for each site along with growth projections and expansion feasibility. Lastly documentation analysis of land and its ownership is done for ironing out any dicrepancies in ownership and impact on local culture is also considered.

We do indepth analysis of employbility of local talent and as well as basic education analysis to remedy any shortcoming that might need to be addressed in future for hiring of staff. Trained staff is not only required not patient care but is also required for operation and maintenance of the Hospital.
